Speak one-on-one with me to get assessed on what is causing your pain.

Guidance and Education


Learn what steps you need to take to get over your pain. I will walk you through the 4 phases of the Recovery Roadmap. Have follow up visits weekly via mobile video chat.

Exercise Guidance


Receive a home exercise with video demonstration and app capabilities. Get working on your recovery right from home. Receive progressions as you advance through your recovery.
